As a (senior) associate you will be involved from day one on a mix of advisory and transactional work: structuring and launching funds, advising investors on investments, and supporting clients with complex regulatory questions (AIFMD II, MiFID II, SFDR). Qualified lawyer with demonstrable experience in funds, asset management or investment management work
Practical experience with fund structuring, fund documentation and investor-side advice across multiple asset classes
Familiarity with relevant EU/regulatory regimes (AIFMD II, MiFID II, SFDR) and ability to advise on regulatory implications
Detail-oriented, commercially minded and comfortable working in international, multidisciplinary teams
