Short-term consultancy roles (typically 6 months, full time) supporting compliance, regulatory and ethics programmes across clients in the UAE. Assignments are commonly based in Abu Dhabi or Dubai and may offer flexible working arrangements.

Work will span financial institutions, industrial/energy and healthcare clients and will include regulatory engagement, AML and sanctions frameworks, policy and programme design, controls and monitoring, internal investigations and remediation work. Opportunities also involve drafting codes of conduct, conducting risk assessments, designing third‑party and M&A due diligence, managing whistleblowing frameworks and delivering training to senior stakeholders.

Minimum 7 years post-qualification legal experience in Compliance/Regulatory roles
Proven experience with AML, sanctions regimes, regulatory engagement and internal investigations
Experience building or operating compliance programmes: policies, controls, monitoring and remediation
Preferably recent in‑house experience and exposure to UAE/GCC regulatory frameworks
Arabic language skills advantageous; practising certificate (or equivalent) permitting practice in the region
Consultant mindset: adaptable, client-focused and able to work autonomously on assignments
