Short-term legal consultant roles (typical assignments ~6 months) supporting compliance and regulatory teams across the UAE. Assignments are frequently based in Abu Dhabi or Dubai, operate full‑time and may offer hybrid or flexible arrangements depending on the engagement.

Work will focus on anti‑bribery & corruption, sanctions/export controls, third‑party due diligence, internal investigations, compliance policies, training and transactional/regulatory support for energy, logistics and infrastructure clients in the Middle East.

5–8 years' post‑qualification legal experience in Compliance or Regulatory practice
Experience advising on anti‑bribery/anti‑corruption, sanctions, export controls and internal investigations
Recent in‑house compliance experience or top‑tier law firm background preferred
Middle East / GCC experience strongly preferred; Arabic drafting skills advantageous
Valid practising certificate or equivalent for the region and a consultant mindset (flexible, client‑facing, self‑directing)
