Short-term (typically 3–6 months, often 6 months) interim opportunities for commercial/technology lawyers across the UAE, including Abu Dhabi and Dubai. Assignments are client-side or embedded within a global firm's practice groups and focus on commercial contracting and technology projects.

Work will involve drafting, negotiating and advising on a broad range of commercial and IT agreements, supporting technology initiatives and joint ventures, and providing hands-on support to in-house legal teams on procurement, licensing, cloud and infrastructure matters. Flexible and full-time placements are available; some roles may allow hybrid arrangements.

5–7 years post-qualification experience (top-tier commercial/technology practice preferred)
Proven experience drafting and negotiating procurement, partnership, purchase, marketing, software licensing and infrastructure/IT agreements
Working knowledge of AI and IP issues desirable
In-house experience and prior Middle East exposure preferred; Arabic language skills advantageous
Consultant mindset: flexible, proactive, able to manage own development and client relationships; valid practising certificate/equivalent for the region
