Qualified lawyer in Germany with two fully passed state exams
3–5 years post-qualification experience in project finance, infrastructure or energy finance
Strong drafting and negotiation skills on financing documentation
Excellent English (working proficiency) and ability to work on cross-border matters
Structured, solutions-oriented approach and proven team-player mentality
