A mid-level associate opportunity in a busy investigations, compliance and defense practice in New York. The role involves working on a broad range of complex matters, including client counseling, fact development, legal research, strategic analysis, drafting and oral advocacy before courts and government agencies.

The team is collaborative and fast-paced; candidates should be able to manage multiple matters, take responsibility for substantive work product, and contribute to pro bono matters. Current judicial clerks completing service in 2026 will be considered.

Salary range for this role is expected to be $260,000–$365,000 (actual compensation will depend on experience and other job-related factors in accordance with applicable law).

3–5 years' relevant experience (mid-level associate); judicial clerks finishing in 2026 are welcome to apply
Membership in the New York bar required
