We are seeking an associate with at least three years of experience to join a market-leading, Chambers-ranked Secondaries Investment Funds team. The role involves working on a broad range of cutting-edge secondary investment transactions, including continuation fund transactions, LP-led secondaries, fund formations, and other secondary market deals.

The ideal candidate will bring strong legal expertise in private equity, secondaries, and fund-related transactions, with the ability to manage complex matters in a fast-paced environment. General corporate experience is helpful but not required.

Minimum of three years of relevant legal experience
Strong expertise in private equity, secondaries, and fund-related transactions
Experience with continuation fund transactions, LP-led secondaries, or fund formations preferred
Ability to manage complex matters in a fast-paced environment
Stellar academic credentials
Comparable law firm experience required
General corporate experience helpful but not required
