IP Senior Associate — Life Sciences

Leading international firm seeks an experienced Intellectual Property associate to join its life sciences team. The role involves both patent prosecution and patent litigation across a range of biotech and pharmaceutical matters.

Position may be based in Boston, Denver, New York, Palo Alto or Washington, D.C. You will work with cross-office teams on technically sophisticated matters and counsel life‑sciences clients at various stages of development.

Application requires submission of law school and undergraduate (and any graduate) transcripts as part of the review process.

• Qualified U.S. attorney (bar admission required or pending)
• Significant experience in patent prosecution and patent litigation with a life‑sciences/biotech focus
• Strong technical background in life sciences (e.g., biology, biochemistry, molecular biology) or equivalent experience
• Excellent drafting, counseling and litigation support skills; ability to work collaboratively across offices
