IP Litigation Associate — Dallas

Mid-level associate opportunity in a busy intellectual property litigation team based in Dallas. The role involves handling patent litigation matters across federal courts, International Trade Commission proceedings, and USPTO post-grant (PTAB) work.

Ideal candidates will have solid experience representing both accused infringers and patent owners, a technical background (electrical/computer engineering, computer science, or equivalent), and admission to the Texas bar. USPTO registration is a plus. The team welcomes applicants from diverse backgrounds.

• 3–5 years' patent litigation experience (district court, ITC, and/or PTAB)
