Trademark Associate

An Am Law 100 firm is seeking a motivated associate with 4–7 years of trademark experience representing large brand owners to join its dynamic trademark and advertising team. The group helps many of the most recognized national and international brands identify, protect, and leverage their valuable intellectual property.

You will work collaboratively with top trademark and advertising attorneys in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment, contributing to sophisticated clearance, prosecution, enforcement, advertising claims review, label compliance, and advertising-related disputes. The firm's global footprint, deep client relationships, and strong focus on associate professional development and well-being make it an ideal place to build a legal career.

The position is based in the firm's largest office, with flexibility for the top candidate to sit in one of several other domestic offices.

• 4–7 years of trademark experience representing large brand owners
• Exceptional training and developed skills in trademark clearance, prosecution, and enforcement; advertising claims review and label compliance; and advertising-related disputes
• Prior experience in a large law firm setting preferred
• Strong academic credentials and excellent writing skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• References and writing samples required
