Experienced patent-litigation associates are sought for a nationally recognized Intellectual Property practice. The role supports complex patent disputes across district court, ITC (Section 337), and PTAB forums, and involves interacting with technical experts and preparing high-quality written advocacy.

This opportunity is open across the firm's U.S. offices, with a preference for candidates based in Washington, D.C., San Diego (Del Mar), San Francisco, or Silicon Valley. The team handles high-stakes matters for major technology, consumer-product, and life-sciences clients.

Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
3–6 years of patent litigation experience (district court and/or ITC/PTAB)
Demonstrated experience with discovery, motion practice, expert coordination, and trial preparation
Experience or strong interest in telecommunications and standards-related disputes (SEPs/FRAND) a plus
Excellent analytical and writing skills; collaborative team player
Admission to practice in the relevant jurisdiction
