Intellectual Property Litigation Associate — Patent Litigation

National, multi-office US firm is seeking an Intellectual Property Litigation Associate with 3–7 years of experience in patent litigation. The role is open across the firm's U.S. offices, including a virtual-office option.

The successful candidate will join a technology-focused litigation team supporting matters in the Technology, Manufacturing & Transportation sector. Candidates should be comfortable managing complex patent disputes, working collaboratively on courtroom and pre-trial matters, and communicating legal strategy to clients and teams.

• 3–7 years of post-qualification experience with demonstrable patent litigation experience
• Technical background in electrical engineering, computer science, or artificial intelligence preferred
• Active bar license in the state of residence or commitment to obtain promptly
• Strong academic credentials, excellent written and oral advocacy skills, and ability to manage multiple matters under pressure
