Apply in confidence →Seeking a 2nd–6th year patent litigation associate with substantial life-sciences/ANDA experience to join a national litigation practice. The role involves active courtroom and deposition work, direct client engagement, and collaboration on case strategy across district-court and post-grant proceedings.
Work will include drafting pleadings and motion practice, participating in discovery and expert development, claim construction briefing, and support of pre-trial and trial activities. Candidates with laboratory or technical life-sciences backgrounds who enjoy hands-on litigation and strategic problem solving are encouraged to apply.
- 2–6 years of patent litigation experience, including U.S. District Court and PTAB/post‑grant proceedings
- Practical courtroom experience and deposition experience (preferred)
- Experience with infringement, validity, damages discovery, expert coordination, and dispositive/discovery motions
- Undergraduate or master’s degree in a life‑sciences discipline (biology, chemistry, biochemistry, or similar) preferred
- Strong legal writing, research, and client‑facing skills; experience in a law‑firm IP practice preferred
