Successful candidates will work on patent litigation matters including district-court cases and proceedings before the PTAB, with opportunities to collaborate across offices and practices. The team values strong technical backgrounds and litigation experience.
- Graduates from law school classes of 2019–2022
- Top law school credentials and demonstrated IP / patent litigation experience
- Undergraduate degree in electrical, computer, mechanical, chemical, biomedical engineering or similar technical field strongly preferred
- CAFC clerkship experience preferred; PTAB experience a plus
