A leading law firm seeks an associate (law school class years 2018–2023) to join its labor and employment team in Orange County. The practice handles high-exposure and sensitive employment matters for major employers.

Representative work includes wage-hour and discrimination class actions, executive and other significant single-plaintiff matters, high-profile trade secrets and non-compete disputes, Sarbanes-Oxley and other whistleblower protection claims, workplace investigations, and workplace safety litigation.

The ideal candidate has at least three years of litigation experience at a peer law firm, including employment-related matters. Talented general litigators with an interest in employment litigation are also encouraged to apply.
