IP Litigation Associate, San Francisco

Join a rapidly expanding Intellectual Property litigation team in San Francisco. The group handles complex patent litigation matters in federal courts and at the U.S. International Trade Commission.

Successful candidates will have hands-on litigation experience, strong writing skills, and the ability to manage discovery and dispositive motion practice. Experience taking or defending depositions is strongly preferred.

• At least 2 years of complex IP litigation experience in federal courts and/or the U.S. International Trade Commission
• Demonstrated excellence in legal writing and attention to detail
• Experience with depositions and substantive motion practice preferred
• Strong academic credentials and ability to work collaboratively on high‑stakes matters
