IP Litigation Senior Associate — Intellectual Property

Senior associate role in a national IP practice handling high‑stakes patent litigation and patent prosecution across technology and life‑sciences matters. The team works on complex, cutting‑edge cases alongside experienced litigators and prosecuting counsel.

The position is open across multiple U.S. offices (including Boston, Denver, New York, Palo Alto and Washington, D.C., with other West Coast locations also possible) and offers exposure to court and agency proceedings as well as counseling-driven prosecution work.

• Significant patent litigation experience at a major law firm (briefing, discovery, claim construction, depositions)
• Experience with patent prosecution and drafting/filing patent applications
• Technical or scientific background (life sciences/chemistry or relevant engineering discipline preferred)
• Active bar admission in the U.S. (or ability to obtain) and eligibility to work in the U.S.; willing to provide law and undergraduate transcripts on request
