IP Patent Associate — Intellectual Property, Dallas

Mid-to-senior associate role within a global intellectual property practice focused on patent litigation, prosecution and transactional work. The team handles complex IP disputes (patent, trademark, copyright, false advertising, unfair competition, trade secrets) and related licensing and commercial matters for multinational clients.

The position will primarily support patent disputes while also assisting with patent prosecution and patent transactions. Candidates should be collaborative, technically adept and able to work with cross-border teams across multiple jurisdictions. Dallas is preferred; open to other US markets.

Applicants must be Texas Bar qualified or able to waive into the Texas Bar.

• Mid-to-senior associate with meaningful patent experience, preferably focused on patent disputes
• Engineering degree or equivalent technical background required
• Experience across patent litigation, patent prosecution and licensing/transactional matters
• Texas Bar admission or demonstrable eligibility to waive into Texas
