Senior associate role within a national Intellectual Property practice focused on chemical technologies. The position offers work on patent prosecution and related IP litigation alongside an experienced team supporting clients across technology and life-sciences sectors.

The role is open to attorneys who can be based in one of several U.S. offices (Boston, Denver, New York, Palo Alto or Washington, D.C.). Candidates will collaborate on drafting and prosecuting chemical patents and on related enforcement and defensive matters.

Applicants should be prepared to provide law school, undergraduate and graduate transcripts as part of the application.

Advanced technical degree in chemistry, chemical engineering, or a closely related field
Demonstrated patent prosecution experience in chemistry-focused matters and exposure to IP litigation or contentious proceedings
Strong drafting and analytical skills applicable to patent prosecution
Willingness to be based in one of the listed U.S. offices and to provide law school and undergraduate/graduate transcripts
