IP Senior Associate — Chemistry

Experienced chemistry-focused intellectual property associate wanted to join a busy IP team handling both patent prosecution and patent litigation matters. The role offers substantive work across a mix of client matters and collaboration with experienced patent litigators and prosecutors.

The position is open to candidates in multiple U.S. offices (Boston, Denver, New York, Palo Alto or Washington, D.C.). Applicants should be prepared to provide law school, undergraduate and graduate transcripts as part of the application.

• Strong technical background in chemistry (degree or equivalent experience)
• Substantive experience in patent prosecution and/or patent litigation involving chemical technologies
• Admission to a U.S. bar and registration with the USPTO preferred
• Excellent academic record and strong written and oral advocacy skills; transcripts required
