IP Senior Associate - Life Sciences, Boston, MA

Experienced intellectual property associate role within a busy life sciences IP team. The position involves patent prosecution and patent litigation matters, working alongside senior lawyers on complex life‑science technologies.

The role can be based in Boston; there is also the option to be located in Denver, New York, Palo Alto or Washington, D.C., and will involve collaboration across offices on high‑profile patent matters.

• Established experience in intellectual property with a focus on life sciences patent prosecution and/or patent litigation.
• Demonstrable technical background or experience in life sciences-related technologies.
• Strong drafting and advocacy skills; ability to work on complex patent matters with senior counsel.
• Willingness to collaborate across multiple U.S. offices; submit law school, undergraduate and graduate transcripts with application.
