IP Senior Associate, Life Sciences — Boston

Seeking a Senior Associate to join a busy intellectual property group focused on life‑sciences clients. The role combines patent prosecution and patent litigation work, supporting complex matters across discovery, briefings, opinions and prosecution strategy.

You'll work with an experienced cross‑office team on high‑impact life‑sciences matters and have opportunities to develop technical and litigation skills. The position may be based in Boston, Denver, New York, Palo Alto or Washington, D.C.

• Juris Doctor (JD) and active bar admission in the relevant U.S. jurisdiction
• Substantial experience in life‑sciences patent prosecution and/or patent litigation
• Strong technical background in life sciences or biotechnology
• Excellent drafting, research and interpersonal skills; ability to work on collaborative teams
