Italian-qualified Bank Finance Lawyer — Milan

Our client, an international law firm with a major Milan presence, is seeking an Italian-qualified finance lawyer to join its banking team. The role will focus on representing banks and other lenders on domestic and cross-border lending transactions, including secured and unsecured facilities.

The successful candidate will work closely with partners and senior associates on deal execution, drafting and negotiating facility agreements, security documents and ancillary documentation, and will have exposure to complex, high-value financings across Italy and the wider region.

• Qualified to practice in Italy (Italian bar qualification)
• Experience in bank/lender-side finance work (loan documentation, security packages)
• Strong drafting and negotiation skills and transaction experience
• Fluency in Italian and strong commercial English; able to work on cross-border matters
