Growing Banking & Finance team in Frankfurt is hiring junior associates to support bank, debt fund, corporate and private equity clients on a broad range of financing matters. Work will include national and cross-border syndicated lending, acquisition and leveraged finance, refinancing and financial restructurings.

Qualified to practise in Germany or on track to qualify as a German-qualified associate
Strong academic record and demonstrable interest in banking/finance transactions
Excellent German and English language skills, both written and spoken
Team player with good drafting, commercial awareness and client-facing skills
Comfortable with technology and working on cross-border, multi-jurisdictional matters
