Junior Associate — Corporate (Bratislava)

Join an international full‑service law practice to support corporate and transactional matters from the Bratislava office. The role involves drafting and reviewing commercial and corporate contracts, participating in negotiations, and coordinating with counterparties, regulators and investors.

You will provide operational legal support to senior lawyers and a range of clients, monitor regulatory changes, and—if interested—may take part in legislative feedback and pro bono matters. The team offers structured training, international secondment opportunities and regular team events.

• Master's degree in Slovak law
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills
• English: C1 (advanced); German working level an advantage
• Strong analytical, drafting and problem‑solving skills; attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
• Interest in technology trends and willingness to participate in training and secondments
