Junior Associate, Corporate (Equity Capital Markets)

Senior-level associate role within a leading Greater China corporate team advising on high‑profile, cross‑border equity capital markets matters, with a focus on HK IPOs and listings. The team regularly handles complex multi‑jurisdictional transactions and regulatory work.

The role is open across the Greater China offices (Beijing, Hong Kong, Shanghai) and suits an associate used to fast‑paced deal work who can manage client deliverables, coordinate with international teams and draft high‑quality transaction documentation.

• Minimum c.4 years' PQE/qualified experience in equity capital markets, with Hong Kong and/or US side IPO experience
• Proven experience on IPOs, listings and public company M&A
• Strong academic background, excellent drafting and communication skills, and high attention to detail
• Fluency in English and Mandarin (spoken and written)
