Join a global banking & finance team in Buenos Aires as a junior attorney contributing to regulatory and transactional work across lending, fintech and capital markets. The role involves drafting and negotiating loan and security documentation, supporting M&A-related finance elements and advising on local currency exchange and fintech regulatory matters.

The team works on both lender and borrower-side mandates and regularly interfaces with local regulators on exchange control and financial-services matters. You will be part of a collaborative group focused on high-quality client service, technical excellence and cross-border coordination.

Law degree and admission (or eligibility) to practise in Argentina
Fluent English (written and spoken)
Knowledge of loans, collateral and personal guarantees
Familiarity with Argentina s Central Bank rules and foreign-exchange regulation
Experience or interest in fintech regulation, capital markets regulation and AML (UIF)
Exposure to M&A-related finance work (term sheets, due diligence, transaction documentation)
Strong drafting, teamwork and client-service skills
