A well-established French firm is recruiting a junior employment lawyer to join its Toulouse employment & social law team. You will join a regional department of around eight lawyers and jurists, providing both advisory and litigation support to a varied client base (SMEs, national and international groups, public bodies and non-profits).

The role combines client-facing advice on individual and collective labour matters, involvement in social security issues, and occasional delivery of training. You will work in a multidisciplinary environment and collaborate with other practice teams regionally, with access to national technical support and structured training.

Qualified avocat (or equivalent) admitted to practice in France; early-career / junior associate level
Practical experience in employment law covering advisory work and individual/collective litigation
Strong drafting and oral advocacy skills; experience or interest in delivering trainings and producing client-facing content
Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team and provide commercial client support
