The role offers exposure to antidumping and countervailing duty proceedings as well as regulatory and transactional trade work.
The team seeks a junior lawyer who will produce high-quality research and drafting, manage projects and support litigation and compliance matters. This is a hands-on position with client-facing and inter-disciplinary coordination opportunities within a national practice.
- 1–4 years’ PQE in international trade, customs, or related regulatory practice
- Admitted to a U.S. bar
- Strong legal research, writing and analytical skills; proven project-management ability
- Experience or demonstrated interest in antidumping/countervailing duty proceedings preferred
- Excellent academic credentials; please be prepared to provide resume, law school transcript and writing sample
