The role focuses on civil environmental matters, mass-tort and class-action litigation, and regulatory enforcement work arising from federal agencies.
Ideal candidates graduated law school between 2019 and 2023 and have experience on the government side or representing clients in enforcement matters. The role offers direct client contact, responsibility for drafting and research, and opportunities to manage matters with limited supervision.
- J.D.; law school class of 2019–2023
- Experience in federal environmental litigation (civil matters preferred)
- Background with government-side enforcement or similar regulatory enforcement matters
- Strong understanding of environmental and administrative law and ability to analyze complex technical regulatory schemes
- Excellent research and writing skills; able to work independently and manage client-facing tasks
