Apply in confidence →Join a national legal practice to provide legal research, interpretation and practical advice on artificial intelligence, emerging technologies and related regulatory issues. The role sits within a Product & Innovation function and supports development and safe adoption of GenAI and other innovation tools.
You will help design and evolve AI governance frameworks, guardrails, supervision models and accountability approaches, and translate legal and regulatory requirements into clear, practicable guidance for legal teams and business users. The role includes supporting live use cases, creating internal know‑how, delivering training and contributing to thought leadership.
- Degree or equivalent experience.
- UK‑qualified lawyer with a minimum of 3 years' post‑qualification experience.
- Practical experience or strong interest in AI, emerging technologies and legal/regulatory considerations (including privacy/data protection).
- Experience producing knowledge management content, legal research and drafting.
- Ability to analyse complex legal and technical issues and translate them into practical guidance.
- Familiarity with knowledge management tools, information architecture and taxonomy design.
- Strong communication, stakeholder engagement and prioritisation skills; curious and adaptable.
