Senior knowledge management attorney role within a national capital markets practice. The position partners with the Capital Markets KM lead and transactional attorneys to develop training, substantive communications, reusable knowledge resources, and innovation initiatives that support deal teams and partners.

A key focus is translating capital markets subject-matter expertise into AI-enabled tools and workflows—building prompt architectures, agentic workflows and structured knowledge systems—and supporting adoption across the group. The role involves drafting client- and firm-facing materials, running training programs, and maintaining common resource libraries.

  • Active bar license to practice law in the United States
  • Minimum 5 years' PQE in securities law, capital markets transactions and corporate governance
  • Strong working knowledge of the Securities Act and Exchange Act, Delaware corporate law and public company disclosure practices
  • Experience with equity and debt offerings (IPOs, follow-ons, high‑yield/investment grade) and related drafting skills
  • Interest in and willingness to develop hands-on fluency with AI tools, prompt design and AI workflow architecture
  • Excellent written and oral communication, project management and collaborative skills; prior KM experience a plus
