Apply in confidence →Join a national law firm’s Knowledge & Innovation team to lead AI transformation and knowledge management efforts for transactional practices. The role combines strategy, hands-on AI workflow development, and practice-facing enablement to modernize templates, precedents, and practice resources and embed them into scalable AI-enabled processes.
The attorney will partner with practice leaders, technologists, and business teams to assess needs, design and measure adoption of AI tools, and provide coaching and training to legal teams. The role includes organizing and curating practice knowledge, participating in pilot projects, and ensuring alignment with AI governance and firm policy.
- Juris Doctorate and active bar membership.
- Minimum five years' post-qualification experience in transactional work (M&A, capital markets, finance, real estate, or technology transactions).
- Hands-on experience building and using legal AI tools and workflows; familiarity with LLM concepts, agents, APIs and relevant integrations.
- Strong project management, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills; experience in education/enablement for attorneys.
