We are seeking a lawyer-focused Knowledge Management professional to join a leading Canadian business law practice. This role supports lawyers across multiple offices, helping capture, organise and surface precedent, know-how and practice guidance to improve matter delivery and knowledge sharing.

The position is open in multiple Canadian offices (Toronto, Vancouver, Calgary) and will work closely with practice groups, professional resources and technology teams to design KM processes, run precedent projects, and deliver training and change initiatives.

This is a hands-on role for a legally trained candidate who enjoys combining practice knowledge with systems, workflows and content strategy to increase efficiency and quality of legal work.

Law degree and active membership (or eligibility) in a Canadian law society
Experience working in legal knowledge management, professional resources or practice support within a law firm or in-house legal team
Strong project management skills and experience with KM tools, precedents databases, document automation or related legal technology
Excellent written and verbal communication, and experience delivering training or guidance to lawyers
