Apply in confidence →Leading private funds practice seeks a Knowledge Management Lawyer to support the group's KM strategy and deliver practical solutions that improve knowledge capture, reuse and efficiency. The role reports into the KM function and partners with practice attorneys, applied analytics and practice-solutions teams to pilot and scale legal-technology and AI tools.
Key responsibilities include maintaining precedents, forms and matter-level know-how; keeping experience-management and document systems current; building dashboards and reports that surface practice intelligence; and training attorneys on practice technology and AI applications. The role will also support pitch preparation and client-facing materials, and contribute to thought leadership and market analysis.
- J.D. required.
- Approximately 5 years' private funds experience in a large law firm; experience with fund transactions (including secondaries) preferred.
- Demonstrated interest and experience with legal technology and AI-powered tools; comfort with evaluating and piloting solutions.
- Strong experience with experience-management/databases and document-management systems; ability to organize precedents, checklists and matter data.
- Excellent written and verbal communication, training skills, and client-service orientation; proactive, detail-oriented and collaborative.
