Seeking a 2–4 year associate to join a busy Labor & Employment team in the Florham Park, NJ office of a leading international law firm. The role combines defense-side litigation and employer counseling across a variety of industries, with exposure to discrimination, harassment, retaliation, whistleblower, wage-and-hour and other employment matters.

The position offers a competitive compensation package and firm benefits. The team handles both trial work and preventative counseling, including terminations, leaves of absence, performance management, personnel policies, and employment-related agreements.

2–4 years of employment-focused, defense-side experience at a regional or national law firm (litigation emphasis)
Experience handling discrimination, harassment, retaliation, whistleblower and wage & hour claims; counseling employers on terminations, leaves, performance and policies
Strong academic record, excellent writing and analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to take ownership of matters
Admission to the New Jersey bar required; New York admission preferred
