Labor & Employment Associate — Los Angeles

Top-tier Los Angeles office is seeking a 3–5 year associate to join a busy Labor & Employment practice. The role focuses on defense-side employment litigation and traditional labor matters, including class and representative actions as well as single-plaintiff cases, and involves cross-office collaboration.

Ideal candidates will have strong litigation experience, excellent academic credentials, and proven writing and analytical abilities. The team offers a growing practice with significant client work and mentorship.

• 3–5 years of employment or complex litigation defense experience, including class actions and single-plaintiff matters
• Strong writing, research and analytical skills; ability to work collaboratively across offices
• Excellent academic record; law review, clerkship or Order of the Coif a plus
