An established, nationally recognized Labor & Employment practice group is seeking an associate with 4 to 7 years of experience to join its Los Angeles team. The role offers the chance to work on interesting, challenging, and groundbreaking cases alongside senior attorneys, with meaningful responsibility from day one.

You will handle routine and increasingly complex employment matters with minimal supervision, collaborating closely with senior lawyers on litigation and counseling matters. The practice values intellectual curiosity, creative thinking, and practical problem-solving.

4 to 7 years of labor and employment litigation experience, ideally including single-plaintiff matters, discrimination and wrongful discharge litigation, wage-hour matters, or class and collective actions
Ability to take responsibility for routine and increasingly complex matters with minimal supervision
Intellectual curiosity, creative thinking, and a knack for practical solutions to complex problems
Excellent academic credentials, strong analytical skills, and superior verbal and written communication abilities
Licensed and admitted to practice in the State of California
