Highly regarded national labor & employment practice is seeking a litigation-focused associate with 4–7 years' experience to join its Los Angeles office. You will work on a mix of single-plaintiff matters, discrimination and wrongful discharge litigation, wage-and-hour matters, and, when applicable, class/collective actions alongside senior litigators.

The role offers substantive courtroom and motion practice, client-facing drafting and strategy responsibilities, and opportunities to take on increasing ownership of matters with limited supervision. The team emphasizes practical problem-solving, professional development, and collaborative case work.

The office provides structured mentoring, CLE and training programs, and a hybrid working arrangement. Candidates must be licensed to practice in California.

4–7 years of labor & employment litigation experience (single-plaintiff, discrimination/wrongful discharge, wage-and-hour, and/or class/collective actions)
California bar admission required
Demonstrated drafting, motion practice, and courtroom experience
Strong analytical, verbal and written communication skills; ability to manage matters with increasing responsibility
