Top-tier employer-side labor & employment team seeks a mid-level associate to join its Los Angeles office and contribute across litigation, wage-and-hour class and representative actions, and labor relations matters. The group handles high-volume, complex employer defense work and represents employers in state and federal courts, arbitration, and administrative forums.

Associates take early, substantive responsibility—managing discovery, briefing and arguing motions, taking and defending depositions, and advising clients on compliance and employment policies. The role offers hands-on litigation experience across single-plaintiff and class/collective matters, plus involvement in labor-management and collective bargaining matters.

The team is collaborative and client-focused, serving a broad range of industries and emphasizing practical, business-minded solutions.

Mid-level associate with significant litigation experience (employment litigation preferred)
Experience defending wage & hour class/collective actions and handling class certification issues
Proven discovery management and deposition experience
Strong legal writing, motion practice skills, and ability to work directly with clients
Admission to practice in California or eligible to be admitted
