Law firm seeks a Labor & Employment Associate with 3–5 years' experience to join its New York employment team. The role focuses on representing employers in federal and state court litigation, arbitrations, and administrative proceedings.

Work will include counseling and defense on discrimination, harassment and retaliation claims; wage-and-hour compliance and collective/class actions; FMLA, ADA and other leave-law issues; breach of contract and whistleblower matters; and enforcement/defense of non‑compete and non‑solicit agreements.

Strong drafting and oral advocacy skills, excellent academics, and an active New York license in good standing are required. Traditional labor experience is a plus.

3–5 years' PQE in labor & employment litigation and counseling
Experience representing employers in federal/state court, arbitration, and before government agencies
Experience with wage & hour class/collective actions, discrimination claims, and leave-law compliance (FMLA, ADA, local laws)
Active New York bar license in good standing
Excellent written and oral advocacy skills
