Labor & Employment Associate

A leading law firm seeks an experienced Labor & Employment Associate to join its New York office. The role involves representing employers in federal and state courts, arbitration proceedings, and before government agencies. Traditional labor experience is a plus.

The position offers the opportunity to advise employers on a wide range of employment law matters, including discrimination, harassment, and retaliation claims; wage and hour compliance and disputes, including class and collective actions; compliance with the FMLA, ADA, and other leave laws; breach of contract and whistleblower claims; and enforcement and defense of noncompete and non-solicitation agreements.

• 3–5 years of experience in labor and employment law
• Experience representing employers in federal and state courts, arbitration, and before government agencies
• Excellent academic credentials, writing and oral advocacy skills
• Active New York license in good standing
