Our firm's Labor & Employment practice is seeking an experienced associate to join its San Francisco office. The role offers the opportunity to advise employers on a broad range of workplace issues in a fast-paced, client-facing environment.

The position involves handling employment litigation and providing day-to-day counseling to management clients on workplace policies, compliance, and risk mitigation. You will work closely with a collaborative team of employment lawyers on sophisticated matters.

This is a strong fit for an associate who enjoys direct client contact, substantive responsibility, and the chance to build a long-term practice within a nationally recognized employment group.

4 to 7 years of experience in labor and employment law
Background in employment litigation and management-side counseling
Strong research, writing, and client communication skills
Admission to the California bar (or eligibility to practice in California)
Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
