Labor & Employment Associate — San Francisco

A busy Labor & Employment associate role in the San Francisco office of a national law firm. The team advises employers on workplace litigation, counseling, and compliance matters across a range of industries.

The position will join a collaborative practice handling individual and class/collective employment disputes, regulatory and preventative counseling, and transactional employment issues. You will work on matters from discovery through trial and provide day-to-day client advice.

• 4–7 years' post-qualification experience in labor & employment law
• Experience with employment litigation and/or workplace counseling (individual and collective/class matters preferred)
• Strong drafting, advocacy and client-facing skills
• Active California bar admission or eligibility to be admitted
