Labor & Employment Staff Attorney (ERISA)

An international law firm is seeking a Labor & Employment Staff Attorney with ERISA experience to join a collaborative, high-volume practice. The role offers remote or hybrid flexibility and is available across multiple national offices. The firm maintains a substantial litigation and advisory platform and provides robust infrastructure, technology, and professional development support.

The successful candidate will work alongside senior attorneys on interesting and challenging matters, handling file review, case analysis, pleadings, routine court appearances, mediation and conciliation meetings, and settlement negotiations. Success is measured by caseload management and work quality rather than billable hours.

• 3+ years of increasingly responsible experience in employment, commercial, or insurance litigation
• Familiarity with federal court practice
• Extensive writing experience, including case analysis memoranda and pleadings
• Ability to manage a high-volume practice, including file review, court hearings, mediation, and settlement negotiations
• Excellent academic credentials and a solid work ethic
• Active bar license in the state of residence and in a state where the firm maintains an office
