Labor & Employment Litigation Associate — Los Angeles

An established national law firm is seeking a mid‑level Labor & Employment litigation associate to join its Los Angeles office. The team represents employers in individual actions and wage & hour class and representative litigation, including claims brought under California statutes such as PAGA.

This role offers substantive courtroom and motion practice, responsibility for drafting pleadings and briefs, and collaboration with senior litigators on complex defense matters. The group emphasizes strong writing, attention to detail, and professional development in a collegial, team‑oriented environment.

• 5–7 years of litigation experience in California Labor & Employment matters
• Active California bar license
• Defense-side experience in wage & hour class/representative actions (including PAGA) preferred
• Excellent legal writing, research, and motion practice skills
