Lateral Partner, Agriculture & Compliance — Oakland

Lead and grow an established agriculture and regulatory practice from the firm's Oakland office. The role will advise agribusiness clients on regulatory compliance, licensing, and emerging sector issues (including cannabis-related matters), and help develop cross-practice solutions for industry clients.

This is a partner-level opening suited to a rainmaker who can build relationships across industry groups and work with a national platform. The team values pragmatic counseling, regulatory experience, and the ability to originate and manage client engagements.

• Significant partner-level experience in agriculture regulatory work and related compliance counseling
• Track record advising on cannabis-related regulatory or licensing matters a plus
• Proven client development and leadership ability
• Portable book of business of $1.5M+ (USD)
