Partner, Energy & Environmental — Oakland

Leading law practice is seeking a lateral partner to join its Energy and Environmental groups in the Oakland office. The role will focus on counseling energy-sector clients and managing regulatory, permitting, and environmental compliance matters across state and federal regimes.

The successful candidate will build and lead client relationships, originate and oversee significant matters, and work collaboratively with interdisciplinary teams across the firm s industry-focused groups. The team is open to candidates based nationwide who can contribute established business and a demonstrable track record in the sector.

• Proven partner-level experience advising energy-sector clients on environmental, regulatory, and transactional matters
• Demonstrated client origination and team leadership skills
