Lateral Partner, Antitrust & Competition — Atlanta

Partner-level opportunity to join a national practice team focused on antitrust and competition matters. The role will involve counseling clients on merger review, civil antitrust litigation, and regulatory compliance across industries.

The successful candidate will help lead and grow the local antitrust practice, working with cross-office teams on regional and national matters. This is a rainmaking role with responsibility for client development and practice management.

• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
• Established partner track record in antitrust and competition law
• Demonstrated experience with merger clearance, cartel/price-fixing defense, and civil antitrust litigation
• Proven client-development and team leadership abilities
