Lateral Partner — Antitrust & Competition (Atlanta)

Leading international law firm seeks a lateral partner to strengthen its Antitrust & Competition practice in the Atlanta office. The role will sit at the intersection of antitrust litigation and transactional corporate work, supporting regional and national matters.

The successful candidate will join an established team and contribute to both dispute-side and deal-side matters, developing client relationships and originating new work in the region.

• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
• Proven partner-level experience in antitrust and competition matters, including litigation and transactional advice
• Track record of business development and client origination
• Admitted to practice in the relevant jurisdiction or able to waive in
