Lateral Partner — Antitrust & Competition — Charlotte

Leading international law firm seeks a lateral partner to strengthen its Antitrust & Competition practice in Charlotte. The role combines litigation and transactional counseling, advising clients on competition risk, investigations, and merger control matters across regulated industries.

The successful candidate will help develop and lead client engagements, mentor junior lawyers, and work with cross‑border teams on complex antitrust matters. This is an opportunity to build a market presence in a growing regional hub.

• Established track record in antitrust litigation and transactional counseling, including merger control and competition investigations
• Proven experience originating and managing client relationships and leading deal and litigation teams
• Strong commercial judgment and ability to work collaboratively across practice groups and offices
• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
