Established national law firm is seeking a lateral partner to join its antitrust and competition litigation practice in Pittsburgh. The role focuses on leading complex civil antitrust litigation and investigations across federal and state courts, and providing strategic client counseling on competition matters.
The successful candidate will handle high-stakes disputes, manage teams, and play an active role in business development for the practice. This is an opportunity to build a regional practice within a broad platform while working on nationally significant matters.
- 10+ years of antitrust litigation experience in law firm or government positions
- Proven trial and/or contested litigation experience in federal and state courts
- Track record of client development and relationship management
- Bar admission in the relevant jurisdiction or ability to obtain admission
- Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
