Lateral Partner — Antitrust & Competition, Tallahassee

Leading national law firm seeks a lateral partner to join its antitrust and competition practice in the Tallahassee office. The role will blend competition-focused litigation work with transactional antitrust counseling for corporate clients across regulated industries.

The successful candidate will join a collaborative team advising on enforcement, merger review, and private litigation, and will have the opportunity to lead matters and develop client relationships locally and regionally.

• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
• Significant experience in antitrust and competition matters, including merger review and private litigation
• Demonstrated track record of originating and growing client relationships
• Bar admission in Florida (or ability to obtain) and ability to practice in relevant courts
